Swirling the chocolate into the mole after having spent hours roasting, toasting, and blending the sauce....



Sharpening my knives and slicing blood oranges very thin for the Sangria...dancing around the kitchen laughing hysterically with Miss NoNo with Los Zafiros cranked up loud on the stereo (never mind that the cuisine is Mexican and the soundtrack is Cuban!)....a Friday evening spent in the kitchen...
